Find Answers to Your Waste Management Queries

What types of waste do you collect?
We collect general household waste, bulky items (sofas, beds, appliances), garden waste, furniture, office waste, light DIY/building waste, electronics (WEEE), and some types of domestic hazardous waste (e.g., paint tins) with prior notice.
We often offer same-day collection for urgent jobs, depending on availability. Contact us early in the day to check same-day slots.
Our pricing is based on the volume and type of waste, and the job location. We provide an upfront, transparent quote before any work begins, with no hidden fees.
Yes. We sort all collected waste and work with certified partners to recycle or recover over 80% of materials wherever possible, minimising landfill use.
What happens to the waste after you collect it?
We sort all waste after collection. Recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, plastics, glass, and metals are sent to certified recycling facilities. The rest is processed responsibly, with landfill used only as a last resort.

We cannot accept certain hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, gas cylinders) without prior arrangement. Contact us for advice on special waste items.
How much does a collection cost?
We don’t have fixed prices—each job is different. To give you a fair, transparent price, we ask you to tell us what needs removing via our inquiry form or by phone. We’ll then provide an upfront quote with no hidden fees.
Prices are based on the volume and type of waste, plus travel. A single bulky item costs less than a full house clearance. We agree on the price before we start, so there are no surprises.
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. There are no extra fees for labour, fuel, or standard disposal.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and most major credit/debit cards. Payment is typically made on the day, once the work is complete to your satisfaction.
